Our shop is in Leith, Edinburgh. Only minutes from Newhaven Fish Market, it is a beautiful traditional fishmongers shop with stained glass windows, terazzo slabs and floors. Inspirational window displays, featuring a wide range of the freshest seafood. The aroma of smoke from the kilns in the shop, skilled fishmongers filleting, steaking, skinning; preparing your order exactly the way you want it. This is shopping as it used to be. If you can’t make it to the shop we can get our produce to you, we have a full mail order service available.

Smoked fish is our speciality, and Smoked Salmon the jewel in the crown. Whether it’s the finest Scottish seafood or the king of fish itself, add to it our traditional methods, careful curing and smoking, and combine it with 130 years of trading and we believe that’s the secret recipe of the finest smoked produce.

We can smoke fish specifically for you, whether you’ve bought it or caught it. We can marinate, pickle or salt most produce.
